Hi.  I'm Allie.

An eclectic blend of Counseling Models including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Reality Therapy, Family Systems, Attachment Theory, Emotionally Focused Therapy, Experiential skills, Psychodrama, and the Townsend competency and character growth models have influenced my competencies and experiences. 
Dr. John Townsend's Competency and Character Growth model for Counseling and Life Coaching incorporates Grace, Truth and Time into your growth and our work together. Theses are the nutrients for bonding, boundaries, accepting difficult and good realities and embracing competent responsibility. Then the good fruit can grow in your personal, professional and relational life. Life is better when our relational needs are given and received from each other.

Individual Therapy

What do you need?  This is where we start. Need is a strength, not a weakness. Whether personal growth, relationships, grieving, healing of past abuse, trauma or codependency, leadership skills, or overcoming that dang shame judge in our heads, we need support.  Isolation is not helpful to us.  I am happy to come alongside you.

Couples Therapy

Couples therapy addresses our Attachment and Bonding needs as well as growing attunement for what can help you heal, communicate and learn to trust again.

Group Therapy

Group therapy is a great place to process emotional struggles with others, find support and give it back.  Group therapy provides a space identifying themes and blindspots and grow in safety in relationships that can transfer to your personal relationships.

Christian Counseling Services

Are you looking for support in your relationship with God and others, a place to be vulnerable without shame? This is the space. I provide Grace centered support helping you grow in your relationship to Christ, embracing freedom and personal responsibility and acceptance of all.  Focusing primarily on Dr. John Townsends biblical growth model I can help you increase bonding with others, boundaries, integrating hard and good realities, and growing in your own competencies.

What To Expect At Your Visit

I am a dedicated part time professional which allows me the freedom to be present and attuned emotionally.  Im able to provide full 1 hour sessions which are scheduled 15-30 minutes apart for privacy and comfort.   I am happy to provide the initial session free giving you a chance to see if I am a good fit for your needs.  If we feel we are not a good fit, I am happy to help you find appropriate referral sources.
